The VacuMaster Comfort bases on the modular system of the VacuMaster Basic and offers an operator handle that brings together all of the device’s controls as well as a controlled vacuum generator for reducing energy consumption.
A Schmalz chain hoist is required to operate a VacuMaster Comfort.
Application
• Handling of large and flat, mostly airtight loads and workpieces
• Loading and unloading of CNC laser cutting machines with metal sheets
• Loading and unloading of CNC machining centers with airtight wooden boards or plastic sheets
Awarded the seal of approval by Aktion Gesunder Rücken e. V.
Schmalz vacuum lifters and crane systems support the back and musculoskeletal system when lifting light and heavy loads. They reduce strain and help to make the work environment ergonomic. This is confirmed by the independent association Aktion Gesunder Rücken e. V. (AGR) with its seal of approval.
